Bethany Dobson

I'm Bethany, your self-proclaimed macro-friendly Chef (okay, maybe not officially, but let's roll with it). I've got the knack for turning your favourite dishes into lower-calorie wonders, so you can kiss goodbye to those overly restrictive diets that lead nowhere.

Over the last year, I've been fortunate to gain over 600,000 followers on social media, all thanks to my passion for creating simple and tasty low-calorie recipes. My mission is to help everyone develop a better relationship with fat loss and actually enjoy their food!

This journey began because, like many of you, I have a HUGE appetite. I always found it challenging to sustain fat loss while still savouring delicious meals. I used to think it was an either-or situation: lose fat OR eat nice food. But after years of experimenting and educating myself on how to make low-calorie swaps and understand nutrition, I've crafted the ultimate collection of recipes.

My recipes are designed to give you that satisfaction through taste while being packed with carefully chosen ingredients that keep your hunger levels in check and, in turn, help with your fat loss journey.
